2-3 Toys: Includes a variety of toys that encourage engagement and mental stimulation, such as foraging toys, chewables, shreddables, and perches. Includes 1 extra large toy.

Treats and recipes: Features a selection of treats and recipes formulated to provide nutritional benefits, made from natural, high-quality ingredients

Educational content: Each box contains educational material with actionable care tips and inspirational rescue stories to inform and motivate owners to provide the best care.

Processing times: All subscription orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, after you receive your order confirmation email. To receive the current month's Squawk Box, please ensure your order is placed by the 4th of the month. Orders placed after the 4th will be scheduled to receive the next month's box. Expect your Squawk Box to be shipped by the 2nd week of each month, with a notification sent once your order is on its way.

Contiguous United States: Shipping is included in the subscription price for all orders within the contiguous US. There are no additional shipping fees for these orders.

Non-contiguous United States: A $10 flat rate applies to subscription orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. Jumbo sized boxes incur an additional $15 shipping charge due to their larger size and weight.

International shipping: We currently offer international shipping to Canada ($10 flat fee) Please note, Jumbo sized boxes to international destinations include an additional $15 shipping charge, reflecting the increased costs associated with the size and weight of these products.

Import duties and taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are beyond our control and must be borne by you, the customer. Squawk Box, LLC is not responsible for these additional charges.

Squawk Box is a monthly subscription box for parrots. We provide items such as toys, treats, and more to help keep your pet bird happy and healthy throughout the month.

It's a surprise! Each month, you will receive 4-6 items in the Little, Middle, and Big Birdie boxes. These items include parrot-safe toys, treats, and some miscellaneous items. Jumbo Birdie boxes come with 3 items including 1 extra large toy, 1 large toy, and 1 treat.

Order by the 4th of the month to receive the most recent Squawk Box! We ship your box by the second week of each month. Please allow 7 to 14 business days after your box is shipped to receive it. Subscribers that order after the 4th of the month will be on the list to receive next month's box.

Once a month for as many months as your birdie's heart desires. You have the option of purchasing a 1, 3, or 6-month renewable or non-renewable subscription (for a non-renewable subscription, order from the gift subscription page). Non-gift subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime before the 15th of the month if you do not want the next month's box. We also have the option of skipping months (with a 1-month subscription) if you would like your boxes to be spread out. At this time, Squawk Box ships to the United States and Canada. We offer free shipping to continental US only. Orders to Canada and Non-Continental US are charged $10 per box for shipping.

When you purchase your initial Squawk Box, your card will be charged immediately.

Our subscribers are re-billed on the 20th of the month of their renewal. If customers do not cancel their subscription before the 20th of the month, their order will be processesed. Customers may also change their renewal month in their customer portal. If you would like to change the day on which you renew, please contact us at info@squawkboxes.com.

Yes. Just purchase one of the gift subscriptions boxes. Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Yes. If you would like to give a gift of a renewing subscription, just purchase one of the regular subscriptions and send it to the address of the receiver.
