Squawk Box is a wife and husband team that love birds and have a passion for making their lives better. We have two adopted birds (Walter, the green cheek conure, and Bertrim, the white capped pionus) that love to help us with Squawk Box.

Our Story
In December of 2012, Amanda rescued Walter, the green cheek conure. She immediately found that taking care of walter was hard (very obvious now)! After spending countless hours in pet stores struggling to find quality items for her bird, she had an idea. Squawk Box launched soon after with the goal of keeping your birds happy, healthy, and entertained.
Our mission
Our mission when we created Squawk Box 8 years ago is the same as it is today: Improve the lives of all birds by keeping them happy, healthy, and entertained.
Each month we donate a portion of our profits to bird rescues to help neglected birds improve their lives. Bird rescues are severely underfunded so we do our part to make sure all birds have a nice home.
