Shipping Policy
Order Cutoff Dates
To ensure customers receive the correct subscription box for the month, we have specific order cutoff dates:

Orders placed before the 5th of the month will receive the current month's box.

Orders placed on or after the 5th of the month will be processed for the following month's box.

All renewals are processed on the 20th of each month. For example, a renewal on February 20th will be fulfilled by the 2nd week of March.
All subscription orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Subscription orders are shipped by the 2nd week of the month. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Squawk Box LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries once the order has been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly. We do not issue refunds for items lost in transit unless insurance was purchased at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Contiguous United States
All domestic (United States) subscription orders located within the contiguous United States include shipping in the price. No additional shipping charges will be applied to domestic orders within the contiguous US.
Non-Contiguous United States
Orders fulfilled to non-contiguous United States will be charged a $10 flat rate for all subscription box purchases.
Note: Jumbo-sized boxes include an additional $15 shipping charge due to the large size/weight of the product. This surcharge applies to all domestic and international shipments.
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping. Squawk Box only ships to the United States.
International Customs Duties & VAT
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes (including VAT), or import fees levied by your country’s customs authority. Squawk Box LLC is not responsible for these charges or for customs-related delays. Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations before purchasing. Refusal to pay customs fees will not qualify for a refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@squawkboxes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If your package has not arrived within 15 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at info@squawkboxes.com. Chargebacks for non-delivery will be disputed if tracking shows the package as delivered. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, Squawk Box LLC is not responsible for misdelivered packages.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay additional shipping fees to have the package reshipped. If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, a refund (minus shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for all non-subscription box products, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return. Subscription boxes cannot be returned.
All subscription box sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and hygiene reasons. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be disputed.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@squawkboxes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
