The following terms apply to all purchases made from Squawk Box LLC.

2. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription boxes cannot be returned if opened due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at info@squawkboxes.com and following any instructions given to you to cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellation must be made at least 1 business day before your next billing date. If canceled less than 1 business day before the next billing date, your subscription will renew, and you will be charged for the upcoming period. Your subscription will continue until the expiration of the next recurring subscription period for which you have paid, at which time your subscription will cancel. If you cancel a recurring prepaid subscription before all of your boxes have been delivered, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
Chargeback Policy:
By subscribing, you acknowledge that chargebacks initiated in violation of our cancellation policy will be disputed. Squawk Box LLC reserves the right to provide evidence to payment processors and take legal action if necessary.
3. Returns and Refunds for Non-Subscription Products
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product. The deadline for returning or exchanging an Order is 30 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To initiate a return, email us at info@squawkboxes.com and inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or may be denied a refund.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable items or products with expiration dates.

Items that have been mixed or altered with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
4. Refund Processing and Shipping Responsibilities

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the return. If the item does not meet return conditions, a refund will not be issued.

We are not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered return shipments. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return receipt.
