Always supervise your bird during play, remove and replace toys at the first sign of damage (frayed rope, loose threads, or broken parts), and choose toys sized appropriately for your bird. Processing times: All subscription orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, after you receive your order confirmation email. To receive the current month's Squawk Box, please ensure your order is placed by the 4th of the month. Orders placed after the 4th will be scheduled to receive the next month's box. Expect your Squawk Box to be shipped by the 2nd week of each month, with a notification sent once your order is on its way.

Contiguous United States: Shipping is included in the subscription price for all orders within the contiguous US. There are no additional shipping fees for these orders.

Non-contiguous United States: A $10 flat rate applies to subscription orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. Jumbo sized boxes incur an additional $15 shipping charge due to their larger size and weight.
